Client EastBanc Development Breaks Ground on Hine J.H. Redevelopment

Today, more than 9 years after Washington, D.C issued an RFP for the Redevelopment of Hine Junior High School near Eastern Market, R&C Client EastBanc Development and other community leaders broke ground on the redevelopment project which is expected to be completed by 2017. The project, which at times proved contentious, will include 116 market-rate units, 46 affordable housing units, retail and office space in the Eastern Market neighborhood of Washington, D.C. R&C Attorneys Megan Glasheen and Lauren Lyon Collis both represented EastBanc Development for portions of the transaction.
