R&C Assists in Closing First DCHFA Funded Development Project of FY2017
In late October, R&C member Julie McGovern led R&C's representation of the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) in closing the first development project of fiscal year 2017 funded by the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA), Deanwood Hills Apartments. The development’s four story building with 150 residential units will be constructed on a 2.1 acre site. Forty of the units will be set aside for households earning up to 30 percent of area median income and 10 units will be set aside for households earning up to 60 percent of the area median income. R&C associate Emily McKinney also assisted with the transaction.
