R&C Client the Housing Authority of El Paso Breaks Ground on New Affordable Community

On November 2nd, R&C client the Housing Authority of El Paso (HACEP) broke ground on the Sherman Community as part of HACEP's $1 billion dollar intiative to revitalize its public housing stock under the RAD program. R&C has served as HACEP's HUD Counsel for the entirety of its revitalization under the RAD program. At this time, nearly 2,000 units are in the process of redevelopment. R&C's Megan Glasheen leads the representation of HACEP.
