R&C Client Lands 2 Retailers for Mixed-Use Development in Nashville

R&C Client the Village People LLC landed 2 retailers for its mixed-use development, Six10 Merrit, in Nashville this week. Owners of Sassafras Market & Deli and Bongo will purchase the retail spaces in the Wedgewood-Houston building. Collectively, the spaces will span about 4,200 square feet. Six10 Merritt also will include 12 flats, 12 live-work townhomes and two conventional townhomes. All but five townhomes have been presold.
