R&C Client Opens 70 Unit Senior Housing Complex

R&C Client the Housing Authority of the City of Paterson (NJ) unveiled a 17.5 million dollar affordable senior housing complex yesterday in one of many new developments aimed at revitalizing the city. Freedom Village, a project where R&C's Martin Walsh represented HACP, turned an abandoned industrial site into first class senior housing for Paterson residents.The site was developed and is managed by Pennsylvania Based Pennrose Properties. The project was funded primarily by a 2010 HOPE VI grant in the amount of 18.4 millions dollars. Subsequent development at Freedom Village will raise the total number of units to 133.
