He also served for several years as Associate Director of Development for Dominion Partners, LLC, a developer specializing in high-quality senior living communities and multi-family/mixed-use properties.

Ryan C. Stewart is an Of Counsel with over two decades of practice in the field. His transactional practice is centered on development, leasing and lending, where he routinely represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of diverse commercial and other real estate properties. His experience extends to retail shopping centers, multi-family and senior living communities, mixed-use developments, office and industrial parks, as well as agricultural and timber land.
Ryan works closely with developers throughout all phases of real estate development, including land assemblage and acquisition, securing financing, and handling dispositions. He regularly negotiates, drafts, reviews, and circulates key documents for his clients, such as purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documentation, leases, reciprocal easement agreements, restrictive covenants, and loan documentation.

- Represented a commercial developer in the acquisition, redevelopment, and lease-up of a mixed-use development that included multiple restaurants, retail shops, and a fitness center, all sharing common open-air seating and event space.
- Advised a commercial property manager in the acquisition of several apartment communities in Alabama and Florida, including securing the necessary financing.
- Served as local Alabama counsel in the acquisition and mortgaging of $3 billion of timber property across the Southeast, which included $900 million of timber land in 27 Alabama counties.
