ABA Releases Book on Project-Based Vouchers by S. Molseed & J. McGovern

This week, the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law released "The Beginner's Guider to Project-Based Vouchers" authored by R&C members Julie McGovern and Sarah Molseed. The book focuses on explaining the ins and outs of the relatively obscure PBV program and also gives guidance on complying with administrative requirements. The PBV Program allows PHAs and owners of private multifamily properties to commit subsidy to particular units in order to preserve the long-term affordability of those units.
