Landsman Gardens Featured on HUD.GOV

Landsman Gardens, a multifamily complex of R&C Client the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, was recently featured on HUD's website. The article highlights the work of R&C attorneys who helped SNRHA in completing the first transaction that utilized the Rental Demonstration Assistance Program (RAD) in conjunction with FHA mortgage insurance.
