R&C Closes Transformative Deal for the Housing Authority of Elgin, IL

R&C Attorney Melissa Worden represented the Housing Authority of Elgin in their recent RAD Transaction, Central Park Towers. This new transaction enables the Housing Authority of Elgin to renovate the current 11 story structure, for senior living, while also adding a new six story structure on the adjacent lot. The total budget was over 33 million dollars.
