R&C's Nashville Office Closes CWA Plaza Apartment's Deal for MDHA

Reno & Cavanaugh attorney Hannah Cassidy led the team in R&C's Nashville office that assisted the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency of Nashville in acquiring the CWA Plaza Apartments. This complex transaction involved MDHA purchasing the property from the Communication Workers of America, a labor union who had previously owned the subsidized rental units. MDHA will run the apartments as part of the Section 8 Voucher program until the agency can get approval to convert the units through the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program.
