R&C Clients Insight Development and the Indianapolis Housing Agency Open Millikan on Mass.

This week, R&C Clients Insight Development Corporation and the Indianapolis Housing Agency will open Millikan on Mass, a new property with 61 affordable units located in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis. In addition to the 61 affordable units, the property will also offer 60 market rate units and over 19,000 square feet of retail space. R&C has represented the Indianapolis Housing Agency and its instrumentality the Insight Development Corporation since the 1990’s.
