Breeze Robinson is an Associate whose practice focuses on multifamily finance and development. He has a strong background representing lenders on complex and affordable multifamily housing transactions utilizing loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration, low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, tax increment financing, bridge loans, Public Agency Operating Funds, federal grant programs and Section 8 PBRA.

  • Represented a lender in connection with USDA’s Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program (GRRHP) Option Three for three different affordable multifamily developments all located in North Carolina utilizing low-income housing tax credits and NCHFA funds.
  • Represented a lender in connection with USDA’s Section 538 GRRHP Option Three for an affordable multifamily development in Louisiana utilizing Section 8 PBRA, low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and CDBG funds.
  • Represented a lender in connection with the HUD 223(f) loan for an affordable multifamily development located in Oakland, California, with existing tax-exempt bonds and Public Agency Operating Funds.
  • Represented a lender in connection with USDA’s Section 538 GRRHP Option One for a multifamily development located in Kern County, California.
  • Represented lenders in connection with the HUD 221(d)(4) final endorsement for multifamily developments in various states, including Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Maine.
  • Represented lenders in connection with USDA’s Section 538 GRRHP Option Three conversion in various states, including Ohio, North Carolina and California.
