- Assisted as counsel of a public housing authority in the closing of one of the first “Faircloth-to-RAD” transactions in the county. The financing for the 166-unit new construction development in Washington, DC included tax-exempt bonds, local agency loans, and LIHTC.
- Assisted as counsel of a private developer in the closing a 182-unit new construction development in Miami, Florida involving LIHTC, RAD, and Section 18 Demolition & Disposition.
- Represented a private developer in the Mixed-Finance to RAD Conversions of two developments, requiring coordination with multiple local agencies and financing parties.
