Additionally, Sean represents for-profit developers, non-profit developers, public housing authorities, and property owners and purchasers engaged in complex affordable housing transactions using mixed-finance resources, Section 8 Project Based Vouchers, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions, tax-exempt bonds, conventional financing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD public housing funds and other federal and state affordable housing resources.

- Represented a public housing authority in the conversion of public housing to a RAD/Section 18 blend.
