Carmen Wong is a Senior Paralegal with Reno & Cavanaugh. She assists associates and partners on FHA, RAD, mixed finance, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and tax-exempt bond transactions. Carmen provides support to attorneys by managing information flow, maintaining evidentiary checklists, drafting transaction documents, reviewing title and survey and controlling the HUD submission and closing process. Carmen graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a dual degree in Sociology and Chinese Language and Literature and is also a Notary Public of the State of Maryland and District of Columbia. Prior to joining R&C, Carmen served as the default compliance manager servicing bond-funded loans issued by State and County Housing Authorities. She was also a legal assistant at a law firm representing mortgage banking clients.
