Jennefer Fetters

Jennefer Fetters is a paralegal with Reno & Cavanaugh. She assists associates and partners with FHA finance and mixed-finance transactions, as well as on matters dealing with non-profits and affordable housing generally.

Jennefer graduated from North Carolina State University with a dual degree in Business Management and Spanish Language and Literature. She earned a Masters degree in Teaching ESOL from American University in DC. She most recently obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the Legal Studies Institute at Anne Arundel Community College (ABA accredited program).

Prior to joining R&C, Jennefer completed two paralegal internships as part of her coursework at the Legal Studies Institute: the Legal Aid Bureau and the State Ethics Commission, both in Annapolis, MD. She also worked as a real estate transactional legal assistant at a Baltimore firm that represents developers, HOAs, and other large construction companies and has worked in banking and finance in her hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina.
