Ruthanne Bortle

Ruthanne Bortle is a Closing Coordinator with Reno & Cavanaugh. She has experience since 2002 in Real Estate law. Her R&C responsibilities include providing support to the New York City office by maintaining evidentiary checklists, editing and saving documents, and preparing document binders for closings. She also prepares and drafts construction contracts, 420c applications and 1024 & 1023 applications, contracts of sale, and all documents to close a LIHTC closing. Ruthanne has over 15 years of experience of supporting attorneys.
