Her responsibilities at the firm include providing support to the administrative team as well as assisting paralegals and legal assistants with short-term and long-term projects. Shelby graduated from the University of Maryland with a major in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Before she joined R&C, Shelby worked for a nonprofit organization for three years.
