All of R&C’s attorneys and support staff are committed to the goals of clients and work as a team so that we may respond to requests for services rapidly.  We enlist a team-based approach and utilize technology and systems to manage deals and provide seamless service to all clients regardless of the size or scope of services.  R&C’s attorneys have joined the firm from unique employment and educational backgrounds, including in-house counsel positions at housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, policy positions at HUD and joint-degree programs in public policy and business administration.  The firm’s administrators and paralegals come from all over the country and the world.  Many have played numerous roles within the firm at different points in their careers, as their skills and interests have changed over time.
